Sarasota County deputies have arrested a man for molesting a four-year old child. Mark Dungan-Carpenter was arrested late last week after the girl reported the incident to a family friend, who contacted the department’s Special Victims Unit. This is the second time Dungan-Carpenter has faced molestation charges. He was charged with Sexual Battery on a Child stemming from a 2009 incident involving a five-year-old child. That incident occurred at a private day care.
