tropical Storm Isaac continues to churn in the Caribbean, and the latest forecast maps still show a possibility of Isaac hitting our area Monday night just after the storm achieves hurricane status. But the Sun Coast is on the edge of the cone of uncertainty in forecaster’s projections, with the core of Isaac forecast to pass considerably to our west in the Gulf, and make landfall near Mobile, Alabama early Wednesday.
