It appears Sun Coast beaches have largely been spared impact form Isaac as the storm passed a week ago today.

Surveyors have been out to check area beaches for evidence of damage from the strong storm surge. Coming so close before the Labor Day weekend, a storm that’s main impact locall was the number of shells washed on shore comes as a relief to locals and visitors alike. Friday, inspectors surveyed beaches all over the area. They looked to see if any erosion took place because of Isaac. They report little change to our coastline since Tropical Storm Debby.
