The State Senate’s passed and sent back to the House a bill allowing some undocumented immigrants to pay in-state tuition. The House is expected to pass and approve one amendment to the proposal, and Gov. Scott says he supports the bill. Undocumented immigrants would pay In-state tuition if they’ve graduated from a Florida high school and have lived here for at least three years.
