A Sarasota County Jury’s convicted Anthony Hanifan guilty on all 10-counts against him, including sexual battery, molesting a child, using a child in a sexual performance and sending child pornography. The Herald-Tribune reports Hanifan faces a mandatory life in prison sentence. He was accused of posting pictures of himself having sex with a 2-year old girl. The pictures ended up in the hands of a Massachusetts man who’s also facing child pornography charges. He gave Massachusetts officials what he knew about the pictures he’d received, and it traced back to a phone number here, and North Port Police were called.
