Authorities think they got their man in a Bradenton topless bar shooting in May that left a man dead. The suspect, 23-year-old Javier Aguilar was shot by U.S. Marshals today and arrested in Lakeland. Witnesses say the victim, 21-year-old Natvidad Faudoa and Aguilar got inside a fight inside the bar and the victim was shot in the parking lot after they left.
