The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office has its deputies stationed for lawbreakers.
They have their radar guns pointed in two spots: Midway Boulevard in Port Charlotte between Kings Highway and Highway 41, and in Punta Gorda at State Road 31 and County Road 74.
The deputies also intend to enforce traffic lights at these two intersections: Highway 41 and Cochran Boulevard in Port Charlotte, and McCall Road and San Casa Drive in Englewood.
