An infant saved from drowning by Sarasota police. Two officers were only blocks away from a home in the Arlington Park neighborhood when they received a call about a drowning. When they arrived, the discovered an eleven-month-old infant who had been pulled from the pool and was no breathing. The officers managed to get the boy breathing again, then drove the infant and his parents to Sarasota Memorial Hospital where he’s reported doing well today and expected to make a full recovery.
