CCSO’s Juvenile Operation Unit did a business alcohol compliance check last night at nine Port Charlotte area businesses. The clerk at one of those businesses didn’t pass the test. CCSO says 49-year old Diane Nethers, was arrested for Sale of Alcohol to Persons Under 21 Years of Age. Nethers was arrested at Shell Pick N Run on Peachland Blvd. Nethers was booked and released on $500 bond. CCSO does unannounced alcohol compliance checks all across Charlotte County.
