Out-of-town visitors allegedly threatened by a man with a gun in a road rage incident. Charlotte County authorities have arrested 47-year-old Charles Knight of Port Charlotte after a family of four claimed Knight threatened them with a Glock hand gun. Knight was allegedly driving a pickup when the family stopped at a railroad crossing, blocking a turning lane. The family said a passenger in the truck showed them the gun as he left the scene. They noted the truck’s license plate number and deputies arrested Knight at his home.
