A drug raid in Charlotte County busts a meth operation. Sheriff’s Narcotics Unit officers hit a house in the 25-thousand block of Derringer Road in Deep Creek and arrested three people for trafficking in methamphetamine. Twenty-year-old Geoffrey Hall, 26-year-old Clayton Harris and 46-year-old Michael Merrill were arrested on the meth trafficking charge. A fourth person, 30-year-old Jessica Bair of Punta Gorda, was also charged with obstruction. Deputies say they found over thirty grams of meth plus other drugs at the house.
