(PORT CHARLOTTE) Charlotte County Sheriff’s Narcotics Unit detectives, assisted by the Street Crimes Unit, served a search warrant Friday on a home at 21275 Midway Blvd. in Port Charlotte; three arrests were made. Arrested were Justin Christopher Hamilton Kline, 26; Rachel Inez Adams, 32; and Ryan Patrick Emil, 27, all were living at the Midway Boulevard address.

Detectives searched and found Oxycodone pills, marijuana, baggies with marijuana residue, a digital scale, and a Fentanyl patch. Detectives found a loaded .38 caliber handgun and 32 .38 caliber special rounds in Kline’s bedroom.

Kline was charged with Trafficking in Oxycodone, Possession of Oxycodone, and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon. Adams was charged with Trafficking in Oxycodone, and Possession of Controlled Substance Fentanyl. All three were charged with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Kline has been booked into the Charlotte County Jail 18-times, posted a $35,450 bond; Adams has been booked 12-times, posted $29,500 bond; and Emil, booked 5-times, posted a $4,500 bond.
