(PORT CHARLOTTE) Charlotte County Sheriff’s Narcotics Unit detectives arrested a Port Charlotte woman for drug dealing in Crack Cocaine. Arrested was Helene Marie Pious, 48, 21028 Churon Avenue.
Narcotics detectives met with Pious Wednesday at 5:20 p.m. at a location in Port Charlotte. Detectives had an open felony charge for Sale and Delivery of Cocaine from a previous drug buy on May 19, also in Port Charlotte. When she was arrested, detectives located a bandana in her pickup truck that contained a glass pipe with Cocaine residue, steel wool and powdered Cocaine.
Pious was transported to the Charlotte County Jail where she remains on $11,000 bond. She is charged with Sale and Delivery of Cocaine, Possession of Narcotics Paraphernalia, and two counts of Possession of Crack Cocaine. Pious is a convicted felon; this is her fifth booking.
