(PORT CHARLOTTE) Charlotte County Sheriff’s Narcotics Unit detectives arrested a Port Charlotte woman Monday after two undercover drug buys near a church.
Arrested was Cynthia Ann Cross, 43, 2372 Alda Lane. Detectives said they made two purchases of powder Cocaine from Cross who set up the drug exchanges in the parking lot of a church at 19190 Cochran Blvd. on June 10 and June 30. One of the drug buys included Xanax.
Detectives located and arrested Cross. She is charged with two counts of Sale and Delivery of Cocaine Within 1,000 Feet of a Church, two counts of Possession of Cocaine, one count of Sale and Delivery of Xanax, Possession of Xanax, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Cross remains in the Charlotte County Jail on $83,500 bond.
