A Charlotte County caregiver arrested for the third time for physically abusing an older person. Police say 56-year-old Sandra Wendelowski hit an 82-year-old Port Charlotte man in the face while she was supposed to be taking care of him. The man told officers he had told her to stop drinking beer and clean the house when she struck him and left. INvestigators say they found the house in disorder with hundreds of beer cans strewn about. They found Wendelowski on a nearby park bench and arrested her after a struggle.
