Authorities got a call a little after 8 Friday night about an empty boat turning in circles by Charlotte Harbor’s west wall near Hog Island. NBC 2 reports about two hours later, County EMS and Fire recovered the bodies of two men. They were identified as 65-year old Harold Goodwin and 29-year old Richard Goodwin, uncle and nephew. Investigators say one of the bodies had propeller cuts, and neither man was wearing a life jacket.
