An arrest in the murder of a SCAT bus driver, who minutes before his death was seen in an ATM security video with his alleged killer. Police say 31-year-old Charles Hill of Sarasota is charged with murder in the death of James Brotherton of Port Charlotte November 21st. Investigators say Brotherton was gunned down just minutes after being seen on a security video at an ATM at the Beneva Village Bank of America. Hill allegedly confessed to a witness that he had killed Brotherton.
