A Rotonda West man arrested on charges of dealing cocaine. Charlotte County Sheriff’s narcotics officers say 41-year-old Joseph Ayala is free on bond today after being arrested on six drug charges. Ayala charged with two counts each of sale and delivery of cocaine, possession of cocaine and possession of narcotics paraphernalia. Investigators say the charges came after undercover officers made two purchases from Ayala in Rotonda West.
