Englewood Pioneer Day Parade Cancelled
Christy Phelps parade organizer has announced that the Pioneer Day Parade will not take place on Monday. The committee has also cancelled the Cardboard Boat Race, Shipwreck Dane and Car Show. Christy noted that many of the parade participants are now committed to public safety. She also noted that the committee does not want to put anyone in harms way. Englewood Pioneers Day Parade is a local Labor Day tradition in its 68th year. She promised that the Pioneer Day Parade will be held at sometime in the future.
