An incident from November of 2017 has a 14-year-old boy facing vehicular homicide charges in St. Petersburg. The boy stole a car and had a friend with him as a passenger. The boy crashed the Chevy Camaro into a tree and the passenger was hospitalized. He died on Jan. 1st and that is why the felony charge has been placed on the teen.
