A Bonita Springs man who sits on the judicial bench in Lee County has been arrested for soliciting a prostitute, according to the Naples Police Department. A public information officer with the 20th Judicial Circuit confirmed that the man is Jay Rosman. The arrest was part of a sting targeting prostitution Friday. Rosman spoke to an undercover officer in an attempt to come up with a price and negotiate services. He was then arrested at some pont and taken to the Naples Jail and released on bond. Rosman faces charges of soliciting for prostitution and resisting an officer without violence.
