The search for a missing boater has been suspended by the U.S. Coast Guard. Fraser Horne went missing from Egmont Key Friday. Horne’s vessel was found near Mead Point around midnight Friday. The man’s dog made it safely to shore while Horne’s personal belongings, keys, wallet, clothing were found aboard the boat.
