Investigators have released new details into a road rage incident that ended in gunfire in Sarasota last week. The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office investigators say 75-year-old Stephen B. Fernald of Sarasota fired his gun, hitting 21-year-old Hunter R. Bradley, of Lakewood Ranch, in the shoulder. Police claim the senior citizen fired his weapon in self defense after the incident near Washington Boulevard and 57th Street. No charges of any kind have been filed against either driver.
