An elderly couple -both who suffer from dementia- have gone missing after they tried to evacuate the area prior to Irma’s landfall. The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office issued Silver Alerts Tuesday for Milan and Lucille Yezic. The pair were allegedly headed to Pennsylvania to avoid the storm. After leaving their Venice home, they were last seen getting gas in Ocala off I-75 on September 9th around 730pm. They are riding in a 2004 beige Mercury with Florida plate GESL-71. Anyone with information is asked to call police.
