An investigation is moving swiftly in Manatee County after a trio of men was seen dragging a shark behind a speed boat. The video shows the shark on a rope, flipping and flopping around with the three idiots providing the usual commentary. The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is trying to figure out who the men are and where exactly it took place on the Gulf. FWC says there are also other photos of the men possibly abusing other animals.
