A Fort Myers man has been arrested on DUI manslaughter and a second felony DUI charge in connection with 2016 crash that killed a 26-year-old Naples woman and injured a Punta Gorda man. 30-year old Pascal Davis was taken into custody this week. Deputies with the FHP say Davis drifted off the roadway as he was driving southbound on Rippe Parkway in Fort Myers back on October 21st. His Hyundai ended up the wrong way in the northbound lanes, where he hit a car driven by 33-year old John Anderson of Punta Gorda. His passenger, Erin Gorney, died. Davis was arrested for driving while under the influence manslaughter, driving while under the influence with serious injury and driving while under the influence with property damage.
