A 17-year-old released from state prison seven days ago was just arrested again by the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office. Jonathan Hall was arrested and charged with Armed Burglary, Possession of a Weapon by a Convicted Felon, Resisting Arrest and Violation of Probation on Tuesday afternoon. Police say Hall broke into a Sarasota home and began rummaging through closets until a 12-year old boy spotted him. He took off- after a chase, police found Hall carrying a semi-automatic pistol and two ammunition boxes that he stole from that home. He had been serving time for Grand Theft Auto and possession of a gun by a delinquent. He’s now being held without bond.
