The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office has announced at which locations it will pay special attention traffic enforcement this week. Deputies will be watching for speeders in Port Charlotte at Tamiami Trail and Toledo Blade Boulevard and Peachland Boulevard and Forest Nelson Boulevard, and in Punta Gorda at Bermont Road and State Road 31. And they’ll be watching for red-light runners in Port Charlotte and Tamiami Trail and Cochran Boulevard and Tamiami Trail and Murdock Circle.
