The Sarasota Firemen’s Benevolent Fund hosts the 17th Annual Morton’s Firehouse Chili Cook-Off next month.
It takes place on Osprey Avenue between Hyde Park Street and Hillview Avenue in Sarasota.
This happens Sun., Oct. 16 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
The competition includes 15 firehouses, including those from Englewood, North Port, and Boca Grande.
Titles includes “Best Fire House Chili in Sarasota” and best booth.
All the money from the competition goes to the Sarasota Fireman’s Benevolent Fund.
