Florida’s voters last night approved a solar energy tax break.
The proposed constitutional amendment would expand a renewable energy tax break that supporters say can help businesses.
Amendment Four extends a residential renewable energy tax break to commercial and industrial properties.
It also removes Florida’s “tangible personal property tax,” which taxes solar equipment installed on properties.
