Police in Cape Coral believe someone meant to kill a man yesterday.
They say they found 39-year-old Dayvin Johnson shot to death at his home off of Kimset Parkway near Northeast 21st Avenue.
It marks the fifth murder in Cape Coral this year, the most in a year since 2008.
