Florida’s senior senator has accused congressional Republicans of failing to act on preventing the spread of the Zika virus.
Fellow Democrats from both chambers have joined Bill Nelson as he has criticized Republicans for not approving a $1.9 billion request from the President to increase funding in the fight against Zika.
The virus now has 900 reported cases nationwide.
