According to a Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission report, a Jupiter man threw a live alligator through the Wendy’s drive-thru window in Royal Palm Beach.
Fish and Wildlife officials identified the man as 23-year-old Joshua James. The incident report contained a picture of the gator inside the restaurant. James faces charges of unlawful possession and transportation of an alligator and aggravated assault.
James admitted to picking up the gator on the side of Southern Boulevard and bringing it to the fast food restaurant.
The alligator was later released into a nearby canal.
