Police say that 46-year-old Tyrone Marion of Port Charlotte forced a 15-year-old girl to have sex with him this past Saturday evening after asking her to help him fix the clock on his cell phone. According to a press release, Marion took the victim to a nearby house to charge the phone so she could use it. While there, he allegedly committed the attack, after which the victim told others in the house about the incident. They, in turn, contacted the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office and the victim’s parents while forcing Marion out of the house. Deputies arrested Marion Wednesday evening on sexual battery and several outstanding drug charges. He is being held without bond.
