Englewood-based Sunfresh Produce has merged with Happy Foods of Southwest Florida, which is based on Fort Myers. The merger allows Happy Foods to use some modern yet vacant warehouse space in Charlotte County that Sunfresh owns. The deal makes the combined companies the largest regional produce supplier between Tampa and Naples.
