Home prices in the North Port-Bradenton-Sarasota market have increased over 11 percent in the last year.
The data from CoreLogic also shows prices have risen over two percent on a month-over-month basis.
In Charlotte County, home prices have increased 10 percent in the last year.
The month over month increase inches just above one percent.
Nationally, prices of homes have increased only seven percent in the last year. They have increased just shy of two percent in the last month.
