Tropical Storm Erika continues to move slowly westward about at 17 miles-per-hour with maximum sustained winds at around 45 miles-per-hour, according to the National Weather Service. Much of the Leeward Islands along with Puerto Rico are now under a tropical storm warning with the eye of the storm just under 250 miles east of Antigua. The storm is expected to move over the islands tonight and then toward the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico tomorrow. Forecasters say any strengthening should be minimal over the next two days.
