The Florida Highway Patrol says two men were killed yesterday afternoon when one of the tires on their pick up blew, and the truck spun off U.S. 17 in Charlotte County, and rolled over several times. The Herald-Tribune reports 28-year old Oscar Sebastian, died at the scene. Juan Marcos, a passenger, was pronounced at Leigh Memorial. Two other men who were riding in the truck’s bed, and were thrown when it rolled, Moises Lopez, and Hermenejildo Rodas, are hiospitalized. Neither Sebastian nor Marcos were wearing seatbelts.
