CCSO’s Narcotics Unit served a search warrant today at a Port Charlotte home and arrested one of the residents on a variety of charges after locating a large quantity of cocaine. The home’s in the 18000 block of Ebb Avenue. Deputies found 82 grams of cocaine, a small amount of pot, five methadone pills, multiple plastic baggies with cocaine residue, Pyrex mixing bowls and other paraphernalia. They also found $4,000 in cash. 44-year old Ronald Edmond been arrested on charges including cocaine trafficking, possession with intent to distribute, and Possession of Methadone.
