A Port Charlotte man behind bars, charged with possession of child porn.

CCSO says 36-year old Mitchell Beach’s arrest Wednesday was the result of an investigation that started in January. NBC2 reports deputies found a computer that was allowing the sharing of files that had been confirmed as having images of child porn. They got a subpoena and tracked the computer to a Yorkshire Street address. In March they were able to connect to that computer and received mutliple images of child porn. The location was reconfirmed, then a search warrant was obstained, and served at Beach’s home. He’s been charged with 10-possession counts and is being held on $100,000 bond.
