North Port Police are investigating the second child kidnap attempt in less than a month. The Herald-Tribune reports the latest incident happened Monday around 1p.m. A teenaged girl reports she was grabbed by a dark-skinned man while she was walking. Police say she fell to the ground, then ran to a neighbor’s home and called 911. Police say they know the man they’re looking for has a tattoo on his left arm. The girl says she thinks he was communicating with someone close by. The first abduction attempt was reported February 16th at Kenvil Drive and South Toledo Blade Boulevard.
