Deputies allege Harper went on a one man vandalism spree at several businesses off Olean Boulevard. NBC2 reports Pik and Run is putting the estimate for the damage done at its’ fuel pumps at over $40,000. A company spokesperson says the video screens on each sides of their 11 pumps was smashed. Deputies believe the drive through screen at a nearby Wendy’s was also smashed with a brick. Authorities also say three light fixtures were smashed at a nearby Allstate office. He’s being held on $12,000 bond.
