13-years in prison is the sentence for Pedro Alcantara, who was busted along with 66-other people during Operation Main Pain in 2012 and 2013. Sarasota County Sheriff’s deputies say Alcantara was the ringleader of a prescription fraud operation. He led a group responsible for getting 220 bogus prescriptions for Oxycodone filled, netting them close to 20,000 pills. Authorities are still looking for five suspects.
