A man yesterday found a body in Cape Coral.
The discovery happened as the man unloaded his boat near Everest Boat Ramp.
He spotted a body near a seawall.
Authorities have identified the deceased as 65-year-old David Siwarski, who someone reported missing Friday night.
They do not suspect foul play.
