47-year old Paul Vangelder of Port Charlotte’s in the Sarasota County Jail without bond, after being arrested in a sting. The Herald-Tribune reports North Port Police say Vangelder thought he was meeting the parents of a 3-year old boy and a 9-year old special needs girl he wanted to have sex with. Investigators say Vangelder wanted a video recording of the sexual encounter.
