A mother who is accused of letting her son drown by leaving him in the bathtub unattended is back in jail, this time for violating an order that she have no contact with kids before her trial. Sharon Marie Swat was arrested Tuesday after detectives found her in a car with her husband and the couple’s daughter, who she had explicitly been told not to contact as a condition of being released on bond. Her 11-month old son died last summer, unattended in an overflowing bathtub. Detectives determined he had to have been alone more than half an hour before he was found.
