Retail gas prices have remained stable for the holiday.
AAA has figures at the same levels from last year. Last year’s holiday season had the national average for a gallon of gas at $3.23. At this time, the average cost for a gallon of regular unleaded sits at $3.24.
As for Florida’s average gas price, it has dropped three cents in the last week to $3.36.
With oil prices rising and the New Year approaching, AAA cautions people may see gas prices pop early on next year.
