The Florida Department of Education released preliminary high school grades for 2013 Wednesday, and the rankings show Charlotte County high schools all retaining an A rating, while two North Port schools fell from A’s to B’s. The Englewood Sun reports all four Charlotte County high schools — Charlotte, Lemon Bay, Port Charlotte and Edison Collegiate — kept their A rankings.
