The revival of Bob’s Boathouse on Tamiami Trail could be short-lived. If county utility services remain unpaid at the end of December, the restaurant could lose its temporary certificate of occupancy and be shut down. Bob’s owes more than $77-thousand in utility fees, which date back to late October. A handful of contractors and other former employees tell The Herald-Tribune they have not been paid for their work on or at the restaurant.
