One suspects entered a plea, and another has been arrested in the 1999 death of Pilar Rodriguez. Kentucky State PD, the FBI and CCSO Cold Case Unit officers arrested 42-year old Keith Wilson this morning in Owingsville, Kentucky. He’s charged with first degree murder in Rodriguez’s death. Melissa Harding-Jones pleaded guilty being an accessory after the fact this morning. Pilar Rodriguez was last seen in the company of her babysitter, Melissa Cooper, now known as Melissa Harding Jones, and her then-boyfriend, Keith Wilson in the Punta Gorda area in February 1999. Authorities say the case is still active.
